Unlock baseband 2.10.04

Can any one tell me how to unlock Baseband 2.10.04 without a Gevey sim card?......I am running 4.2.1 firmware
If gevey is the only soultion does gevey sim card have to be in the iphone the whole time ?

Gevey is the only option
It must be in the phone all the time

Do u know where I can get a real gevey sim card for cheap ?
