What do you need to hook up a MacBook 1,1 (2006) to a Toshiba LED HDTV??

I have a white MacBook Model 1,1 and I believe it's from 2006 and we have obviously upgraded to the MAC OS X Snow Leopard. I also have a Toshiba LED HDTV. What do I need to have my computer screen on my tv?? for both video and sound. thank you!!! :)
