iPod touch Having trouble jailbreaking ipod touch 4g

Once it hits the waiting for boot part of the jailbreak the ipod turns on and goes into recovery mode. This happens every single time. Any ideas on why this is happening?
 
This is similar to my problem, except mine just boots normally after being 'exploited' by redsn0w. I'm using the latest version released a few days ago.
 
Are you properly booting your iPod Touch into DFU mode? And it's also a tether Jailbreak so are you using the "Just Boot" section in "Extras" on your redsn0w?
