Hello, I have saved my SHSH Blobs to tiny Umbrella and it reads, iPhone4 5.1 (9B176) but on my iPhone 4 my firmware reads iPhone4 5.0.1 (9A405). Does this mean that the iPhone4 5.1 (9B176) saved SHSH Blob(s), 5.0.1?

iOS 5.1 yes, iOS 5.0.1 no.

I bet you were too late to save the SHSH for iOS 5.0.1, before Apple stopped signing 5.0.1.

So in the future you will be able to downgrade to iOS 5.1, but not iOS 5.0.1.

If you want to restore to iOS 5.0.1 now, take a look at iFaith made by iH8sn0w.

So If I created a Custom Firmware with iFaith from SHSH blobs from my other iPhone 4 Would I be able to downgrade with that?

No, you can use another phones shsh blobs.
They are unique to each device.
But since you're still on 5.0.1 you can use redsnow to pull the 5.0.1 blobs that are currently on your phone and upload them to cydias servers.
