Siri wont work at all

every time i ask her a question she tells me that she cant answer my questions right now btw i have a white Verizon 16GB iPhone 4s. do i need to return my phone to apple. it was working fine earlier to day now she wont respond.
 
Yeah I had the same thing happen once or twice. Either check your internet connection or you can try to turn it off (turn the power completely off), and then wait a few minutes before turning it back on.
 
Turning Siri off then on again might help too. This will reload your data to Apple's servers. Try the power off tip above first and if no luck, try turning off Siri, wait 5 min, then turn it back on.
