Bike trail app recommendations?

I'm looking to repurpose my iPhone 3GS, and I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for a bike trail GPS app. Ideally it would:

- Store maps locally (since I won't have an Internet connection)
- Pre-plan or be able to download predefined routes and follow along using the GPS
- Have a Rails-to-Trails database

Any thoughts or ideas would be great! Cost doesn't matter too much.
