Hello, everyone I need help getting mic functionality to work on my mac. From system setting>Sound> "Output" Headphone port
system setting>Sound> "Input" I get two options" Internal microphone Built-in and the other Line in Audio Line-in Port
The head phones work but not the mic. I can't get and sound reception from the mic. The headset is two jacks only. I have the latest imac and lion osx. I can use the internal mac mic, but prefer the headset mic jacks for an assignment.
Garageband I get "Mono 1" and Mono 2 (Built-in Input)
Monitor: off on
