A friend of mine bought a new latop and is trying to sync his iphone. When he tries to sync it we get a message that the contents can't be read and he must restore. He doesn't have the computer he used to sync with so we can't use that. Is there a way he can use his iphone with his new laptop without having to restore? I'm thinking we can use his icloud backup.
