Extreme Sandisk card reader

I have an extreme Sandisk card reader sandisk sddrx4-cf and it will only read certain Sandisk cards it appears need a firmware update yet when I goto Sandisk site I can't find the sandisk sddrx4-cf update or navigate the site any
Help would be appriceated
 
Is this the FireWire version or the multiple card reader?

Edit: Post links to the card that works and the one that doesn't work.
