Snap Shield without cutout?

I wanted to know if there's any back cover, not glossy and clear, without the cutout for the smart cover for the new iPad.

I got one snap case from eBay but it is opaque black and glossy and has a huge cutout on top. I really like the feeling of the Belkin snap shield, but as I don't want to use a smart cover I don't want the cutout for it.
 
So, 2 months later, is there any new case like this? I've seen the switcheasy nude, but I prefer matte instead of the glossy finish.
 
To my knowledge, the snap shields were made for smart cover compatibility...not sure you can find one. Maybe a Zum?
 
The Switcheasy Nudes is like holding a naked iPad. No grip at all.

Funny how their description states, "offers excellent grip"

Yeah right, back it goes.
