I already know about the TBD, I have five of them at my business. I am talking about those of us who cannot use the TBD because of it not being matte or because of using a better monitor than the TBD.

I currently have a professional grade HP IPS 27 panel which cost me over $1200. It is matte and can rotate, up down, etc.

I want to hook up the monitor, two external drives, and a usb hub all through one thunderbolt cable to my MBP.

This is what I came up with:

MBP through thunderbolt cable to Lacie Thunderbolt hub.

Two external drives daisy chained together via firewire and hooked via esata to the Lacie hub. I already own the drives.

The usb hub hooked via usb to esata cable to the other esata port on the Lacie hub.

The Monitor hooked to the other thunderbolt port on the Lacie hub with one of these.

And finally my speakers hooked to this:

Or one of these attached to the usb hub:

I see no reason why it shouldn't work. Just want to get some feedback on what to do or if anyone else has a better suggestion.

Until this is released:

I tried hedgedocks, garbage. And the other one I forget the name. Also garbage. The ports don't line up and one of them left a scratch on my MBP.
