Edit plist files for Android?

Hi all,

I know this is a Mac forum but I'd like to be able to edit plist entries using an Android. Has anyone have any ideas? When I open an item up, it appears as if it's encrypted. I've tried PlistParser but no deal.

Would appreciate your inputs.
