This is the perfect solution to the missing arrow keys! It's all about productivity. This is where apple fails and Jailbreaking fixes.

That guy that created the typing concept video has got be be kicking himself now. This could have been his Cydia tweak, instead someone copied it and took his place on Cydia's list.
Well, here isthe disappointing thing... This tweak only works with your ios apps like notes and remnders. Does not work withbrowsers like atmic or Document creators like pages.
This is not worth it imo. If this had worked with my browser, it would have been awsome. It does work with Tweetbot though. I iagine it will work with twitter too.
And if you have the 5keyboard layout, it still works.

I don't know about iPad but on iPhone you can only swipe left and right, not to lines above or below. Hopefully this will come to a future update.
Not worth it in terms of 'usefulness'. Sure youcan download many tweaks for free,but if you don't use them, they reallyaren't very worthwhile to you, now are there?
i don't know about you, but I don't use notes or reminders and very seldom post on twitter. if they get this working for web browsers, I'll be all over it.
I had to restart my iPad to make it reload everything but I found it. And it works good but is a bummer that it only works on stuff like notes, and not pages
I am not having this issue, even when switching back and forth between 4 and 5 row keyboards. I just tried it again to be sure. No problems here.
I'm not really a fan of this app. I noticed when I'm typing on my iPhone really fast it sometimes gets activated and moves the cursor and screws everything up. So annoying. Interesting idea though.
Just a reminder for those people who just jailbroke their iPads today. I just installed it. Its awesome!
For fast typers like me, this tweak might drive you bonkers. As it'll think your fast tapping is actually you trying to move the cursor. If you slow your typing down a bit, this thing works great. I think the benefits outweigh this issue though.
I've been using it on the iPhone while patiently waiting for the new JB. Works great.
Anyone compare this to swipeshiftcaret? Is one better? Why? I'm thinking if everyone uses swipeselection maybe I will try swipeshiftcaret just to test it out.
Edit: After looking at them both, they appear to be a little different, maybe I just need both. Swipeshiftcaret lets you swipe left or right to move over one character, not sure swipeselection does this.

I stopped Jailbreaking my devices a long time ago however, having seen the video for Swipeselection my New iPad is now jailbroken and I'm loving using Swipeselection with iA Writer!
