I mean, how do they make the book fly out of the box and the pages flip and such a neat video. I find it hard to believe it is stop motion, is it?

Cinema4D and After Effects. Not too complicated to be honest.

Yes, as the others said, pretty much any 3D software will allow you to do that. Scripting will allow some automation, too.
