Att LTE in Germantown Md speeds

Can anyone out there post their HSPA speeds in the Germantown/metro DC area?
 
I spend the majority of my time between Hyattsville and Takoma Park and on average I get between 20-40 Mbps down and 10 - 20 Mbps Up, the higher speeds being on a VERY good day. I just now clocked 26.76 down/15.89 up. So, in general the speeds are pretty good in this area.
