Macbook Pro 2011 HDD is Glitched up...

Hello every one :D

So basically I tried to make a new partition on my hard drive, my MacBook pro 2011 froze... so i had to restart now when i go into Disk Utility the hard drive looks all glitches like in the screen shot i have uploaded :mad:

How would i go about fixing this...

That Happend to me as well (unfortunately) I had to reinstall lion with the recovery partition.
