Yesterday my iPhone 4 fell and there are several small (maybe 1/2") cracks on the top left of the front glass.
I do not want the expense of replacing the screen as I plan to replace it with the iPhone 5 in the fall.

My question is has any one had experience with using a (tiny) drop of superglue - the very fluid type - to stabilize the cracks so that they do not get worse and to prevent pieces of the glass form falling out.

I could use a screen protector (I guess), but would prefer not to.

Anyone?

Thanks

Well I bit the bullet and carefully applied Superglue along the cracks with drops in a pin. Tedious.

however it seems to have worked and when the phone is on - screen lit its almost invisible.
And more importantly its stable.

A screen protector might still be a good idea also. Those cracks tend to spread and it would suck to get a pocket or earful of glass.
