How to use iphone as a trackpad, but to control iphone, not PC

I know it sounds strange, but I want to have the iphone to be displayed on a remote LCD in my car, and control it by looking at LCD, not looking at the iphone.

I like the mouse control of real VNC at iphone, employing a separate mouse pointer that is controlled by touch, which is exactly what I want only except I need to control my iphone, not a remote PC...

Have you seen any tweak like this?

how do you control your iphone when you play the iphone game on your TV? hmm.. maybe we don't need precise control then..
