Greetings to all.
I was hoping to increase my volume of garageband through my guitar amp and I am having some trouble.
The guitar plugs into my Apogee Jam. Jam goes to iPhone with Garageband amp.
Now I want to take the sound from there to my guitar amp.
I have an adapter where one end plugs into the earphone jack on the iPhone and the other plugs into my guitar amp.
Problem is no sound.
Using headphones I can hear the playback of anything I recorded in GB but I cannot hear it on the amp. I also cannot seem to play through the iPhone with headphones and hear "live" music. Only through playing what I have recorded works.
I have flicked Monitor on and off and the same results.
So the question is: Is what I want achievable?
If so; What am I doing wrong.
