Problem syncing Contacts and Cal

Hi

I have iPhone 3 with iOS 4.2.1 I just update information on my iMac and want to Sync the new information with my iPhone, I check this options in iTunes the sync begin but the new information never sync with my iPhone.

What I am doing wrong
