Maintaining manual iPhoto album order when synced to iPhone

I've just noticed this recently, but when I upload new albums into my iPhone, they come up at the bottom of the list, even if I've placed them in a manual order in iPhoto. Is there some way to fix this so I don't have to manually change the order of the albums whenever I sync?

Anyone knows the answer to this? This is happening to my 4s and ipad.
