iPad Can't unjailbreak after absinthe 2.0.2?

I've tried restoring from a backup prior to my jailbreak, but cydia and all the jailbreak apps still show up after the restore. The settings, wallpapers, etc. revert back according to the backup file, but cydia keeps coming back.

How do I wipe the ipad clean?
