iPhone 4 Unlock 5.1.1?

Is there anyway to software unlock an iPhone 4 on 5.1.1
-without waiting for ultrasn0w 1.2.6
-without using ultrasn0w fixer

I am currently using an iPhone 4 on 1.59.00 with ultrasn0w fixer and ultrasn0w 1.2.5 downloaded. I am experiencing the 1 bar issue and dropped/no service calls.

All info is appreciated.

There is no current fix for the baseband mis-match 1 signal bar issue
