photoalbums+ and saving the pix

so im going to rejailbreak my 4S now that absinthe2 is out.

question:

i have a private folder via photoalbums+

how do i save all those photos to my imac?

i can save the rest by bringing up image capture and dragging them onthe desktop, but the imac cant see the private ones.
