New MBP - Possible iMac replacement?

Have been following today's news with interest - I'm currently using a 24" iMac and a 11" MBA and was thinking of getting a 27" iMac and keeping the MBA. What do people think about using the new Retina MBP as a replacement for an iMac. It certainly has the power on paper other than screen size compared to the iMac.

Any thoughts?
 
In my opinion there is no contest. No matter how nice that 15" screen may look it cannot compare to a 24" screen iMac. Even my 17" looks just as good as the 15" retina screen. Size does matter!
 
I'm in the same boat. After waiting for the iMac which wasn't announced, I've decided to go with the RMBP. It has all the power of the iMac, and if screen size is an issue, you could always run an external monitor of your choice.
