Hi. Not sure if this is te right place to post so sorry in advance if it's not. My question is this, I have some movies on the UltraViolet (digital download, which I kind of hate, but anyway) when I try to download the file to y MacBook Air it shows up as a .mp4 file but yet I can't play it on my Air, I get a message saying a required codec can't be found but I have no idea what I'm looking for or if I'm even doing anything right and honestly the UltraViolet support sucks. Thanks in advance if anyone can help!

I recommend MplayerX, it's also available in the App Store. The new VLC is crap in my opinion. WIth MplayerX you can even open YouTube videos.
