Macbook Pro 15 2011 Replacement Screen

I have a 2010 MacBook Pro 15.4" that has the nicer Hi-Res screen.
I just bought a 2011 15.4" 2.2 quad core i7 MacBook Pro that only has the normal 1440 x 900 screen.
Theoretically..., can i swap the screens so my new MacBook Pro has the Hi-Res screen? Would I be dealing with color profile issues after this?:apple:
 
Why would you do that?

Sell them and get the hig-res 2011 refurb from Apple store.
