Now that MobileMe is no longer supported, I was wondering if it was safe to kill the FileSyncAgent process (I've downloaded all my files already). Just wondering if this process did anything besides sync MobileMe.

Kill Process FileSyncAgent?

It looks like it is used only for iDisk sync. If you turn off iDisk sync and reboot it should go away on its own.
