Does apple ever sell their display computers for a clearance price? Furthermore, does best buy or any other retailer do that for apple products when new ones come out? (I am looking into buying an iMac and an iPod nano)

As stated Apple does not however they have the Apple Refurbished program, IMHO a much better and safer deal than an Open Box sale. BTW I'd never purchase as much as a DVD from Best Buy!
