Help please. Itunes not recognising my iphone

iv ststem restored it to 5.1.1, and then jailbroken it. now i connecting it to the laptop and its asking me to set up a new iphone..??
how do i get my old phone apps, contacts etc?????

please help

Did you ever backup your iPhone? Either to iCloud or your computer?
 
its sorted now thanks.


the problem is iv not completed the restore, but only some of my photos are there??? about 5 albums havent come back. only 'camera roll' . please help. there are improtant pictures that are lost and havent come back after restore
