How do I disable 3-finger highlighting?

When you drag three fingers, it highlights the text. How do I disable that?

You can select the way your trackpad works by going to system preferences / trackpad, and tick the options you prefer from there.

Yeah, but there's no option for the three finger drag to select text. No tick to turn it off...
