Issue with Packagemaker Installer on OS 10.8

I have an installer created using package maker. I have customize it by adding an installer plug-in created using XCode to it. This installer works fine on OS X 10.7 or lower (Snow Leopard, Leopard). But on OS 10.8 it gives an error 'To open "XXXXX(installer Name)" must quit and reopen'at the start and then works fine after clicking OK. If I build the installer plug-in for 64-bit it works fine, but then it does not work on versions lower than Snow leopard.

Is there any way, I can make an installer which works on all versions from Leopard(Mac OS 10.5) to Mountain Lion(Mac OS 10.8) without any problem.
