iPhone backup

I lost my iPhone and am now going to get a new one. If i do a restore from backup(i have a local backup in iTunes, not with iCloud) will i get my camera roll back including videos?

Yes. Only stuff you took though. It doesn't sync the other photos you may have synced from a computer before
