Icons have gone below dock

Need some help. A few of my icons have gone below the dock and I can't figure out how to get them. I've tried infiniboard, rebooting and rearranging them and no luck. Does anyone know how to get them? Thank you!!!

Screenshots and installed tweaks would help.

A screenshot won't show anything. You can barely see the "X" to remove the icon. I was using a weather widget, black signal dots, Zui icons, transparent status bar, no lock screen UI and no icon names.

Instead of uninstalling all my stuff, I disabled everything in Springtomize 2 ad that worked.

I got it. I just disabled everything in Springtomize 2. Thanks for everyone's help, I appreciate it.
