It's already two days and all it just said is it's processing. It's a custom i7 8GB RAM. How long is this going to take?

Miss Cleo FTW:D

We should have a default Miss Cleo thread at the top for all "shipping time" and "What's best for me?" questions.

:D

All the following would answer the, "Will my MBA arrive within a week?", question.

● It is certain
● It is decidedly so
● Without a doubt
● Yes – definitely
● You may rely on it
● As I see it, yes
● Most likely
● Outlook good
● Yes
● Signs point to yes
● Reply hazy, try again
● Ask again later
● Better not tell you now
● Cannot predict now
● Concentrate and ask again
● Don't count on it
● My reply is no
● My sources say no
● Outlook not so good
● Very doubtful

I ordered one Thursday afternoon (Eastern Time, North America) and it flipped over to "shipped" late Friday night. But it stayed in China all weekend. It *may* have left this morning. I'll see in a few hours.

Mine was also 8GB, I7

If you ordered it through the online Apple Store (U.S.), you should have seen a shipping estimate date when you placed the order. The shipment originates in China, so it will ship late night / early morning in the U.S. time zones.

My built-to-order MacBook air shipped 2 and a half days after I ordered it (a new model) last month.

1 -3 weeks. I know it states 1 -3 shipping days but that means 1 -3 days to ship it to the delivery provider who can then take 1 -2 weeks as you can see in the following image where a new machine was ordered on the 13th and estimated delivery date is the 22nd.

Wow. I ordered refurbished and got it in less than a week. I guess just another added perk of going refurb...

Of course you'd be waiting just as long for the configuration I ordered to show up on the refurb site. (11 inch, i7, 8GB, 256GB)

I got my 11" i7/8gb/512gb MBA at B&H Photo while in NYC in 2013, took about 10 minutes. ;). Have not checked them recently since I'm not in the market, but in the past they've typically had just about all configurations in stock. When I got mine, B&H was literally the only place with the model I wanted in stock, including all the Apple Stores.
