Turn-By-Turn on iPhone 4S in Canada?

Hello MacRumors,
So I have an iPhone 4S On iOS 6 beta 2. I know that the iPhone 4S and iPad 3 gets all the features. But for me I get most of the features except for Turn-By-Turn. I get this screen on my iPhone (check the photo attached to this post) where before it shows the overview screen, it doesn't go into Turn-By-Turn mode. It goes to the screen which it's picture is attached to this post. How can I get Turn-By-Turn on My 4S in Canada? Or is it available in Canada?

Unfortunately turn by turn is disabled for the time being in a few countries (like Australia), however bizarrely it does work on the iPhone 4 (which it isn't supposed to).

Fingers crossed this is updated with the next beta release.
