Hello,

Which one would be better offer ?

APPLE MacBook Pro 15" i7 2.5GHz, 8GB 256SSD, Hi-Res Antiglare Widescreen Display

OR

The new APPLE MacBook Pro 15" i7 base model ? (4GB, 500 GB hd)

The difference would be 200 euros.

My usage would be for photo editing, and i an ssd to add to the optibay; both would be used with external screen.

id say the first one. SSD, and 8GB allready. Hi-res screen with antiglare is very nice and if you work on the go you will appreciate having it.
You shouldnt notice a speed difference really, especially because you dont play games, atleast you didnt say you do, which is where you would benefit from the GT 650M over the 6770M.

Question: is the new base model 200 more expensive or 200 cheaper? Either way i think the older one is the better buy

The older model is 200 cheaper.
The main use is not for game so i will go for the older model. Thanks a lot

Just for info: GT 650M over the 6770M it makes huge difference for games ?
Is the new one MUCH better ?

then definetly get the older one, just because of the hi res antiglare actually and 8GB

The GT 650 is about 50% faster on average, a very noticable difference. But since you dont game it wont matter to you
