Hello,

Which one, Philips Fidelio AD7000W or JBL On Air Wireless?

I have heard the JBL has glitches, but I am not sure if they have fixed them with a firmware update, but the Philips does have less features (no dock, no lcd screen).

I can get them for both around the same price new, so I am in debate.

Thoughts? Thanks!

JBL for sure.

Any reason why? Is it the features or just JBL puts out a better product, better sound quality. I have read some harsh reviews of the JBL cause the firmware is very shotty, and many said they rushed this model to the market, hurting stability.

This probably sounds completely irrelevant to the topic, but I've had better experience on equipment quality with JBL than Philips. Like I said, it's irrelevant as these were speakers. I guess it's just brand loyalty, although I prefer Shure for my audiophile needs.

Anyway, if there are firmware issues that have been reported in many sources, it most likely exists. All the equipment I've experienced are hardware so it's not the same thing.. sorry >.>

Thanks!

I got lucky on ebay and found a iW1 for $140, including shipping, new. So is good in the universe.
