I want to create a playlist by rating, not my rating but the song rating from the itunes store. most of my library consists of my CD's i copied to itunes, can i do this? I show a ratings column but no rating unless I rate it.

I'm afraid it's not possible. Unless you can find an app that automatically applies iTunes Store ratings to your songs, you'll have to do it manually.
