iphone 3gs stuck on the apple logo and i don't know the base band

my iphone 3gs is stuck on the apple logo i tried tinyambrella to see the baseband not working pleas help
in the Devise Model tab : INVALID
no installed firmware virsion
no serial number
only ECID (Dec) and ECID (Hex)

i don't know what to do cos each time i google "how to fix iphone stuck on apple logo" i find that i need to restore and how can i do that without knowing the baseband

btw: it's on 3.10.1 firmware if that helps thanks in advance

no man i just re instald redsnow to simactivate after itunes locked the iphone (just after plugin it)
so if you can help i will be thankful :(
