Iphone 4 5.1.1 notifications problem !!!

hi,
I recently updated my iphone 4 from 4.2.1 to 5.1.1 ...after updating it i got this problem that i am not getting any notifications from any apps. for eg whatsapp or viber or even my mail.
I have to open whatsapp for me to check if i got new notification or not.
I dint had this problem when i was on 4.2.1
And yes my iphone is jailbroken and its factory unlocked !!
So please help me out i have no clue what to do !

If you are noticing any non-hardware problems you may want to try restoring with iTunes! If that dosn't work try your internet connection!

Get ipusher from the app store to check your push notifications.

You can also check the notification settings in Settings/notifications.
 
Try this first: go to your settings app then go to notifications. And you'll see each app that pushes notifications in it. Make sure they're all set to show notifications. It can be very confusing if you just upgraded to iOS 5. The notification center changes a lot of things.
