What case is this?

I am trying to buy this case my friend gave to me for my first iphone, but he doesn't recall where he got it from or the name of the case. All he recalls is he got it from Ebay.

I'm pretty sure I have this case at home (if I haven't thrown it out that is). I can't recall if I got it off ebay or from sw-box.com though. I don't see it on the sw-box website though so either they don't have it anymore (or never did), or I did get it off ebay.
 
I see them all the time on eBay. They're just a KO case resembling the Switcheasy Capsule Neo for the 3G/3GS.
