So if I want to get all my stuff back

Hey decided to go along with jailbreaking my iPhone 4 (iOS 5.1.1). Jailbroke tons of devices before so that's not hard.

Have one quick question though since I use iCloud for my backups.

So after all the jailbreak is done and I get to use it for the 1st time should I select backup from iCloud during that starting menu (where it says welcome, set up your wi-fi, blah blah blah).

I believe it says if you want to back up your device as a new device or using iCloud.

Do I select iCloud, then back it up to get all my apps, and its still jailbroken right?
