When to expect iPad 3 refurbished?

I have a 64gb iPad 3, but I really want one with LTE. I would like to sell my current one and get the refurbished LTE model when it comes out. Can any of you guys recall the exact date the iPad 2 was available as refurbished. If it is going to be anytime, I guess I should sell now, so I don't lose as much value.

Basically, I'm trying to figure out the iPad 2 refurbished date because the 3 should be close to that.
