sim no service in jailbreaked iphone 4s

Hi there,
actually i jail breaked my iphone 4s by redsn0w_win_0.9.14b2 using firmware 5.1.1 and unlock cydia ultrasn0w 1.2.7 but still there is "No Service".
please help me out.

Ultrasn0w can not unlock iPhone 4S according to my knowledge.
There is no unlocking tool available to unlock 4S so fAr.
You can unlock only iPhone 4 and predecessors with ultrasn0w.

Hi kenreaves,
Thanks for reply, if i downgrade my firmware in 5.0.1 than its possible to unlock sim? My phone is iphone 4s firmware 5.1.1 and baseband 04.12.01. if i downgraded to 5.0.1 baseband will change or not? please help me out.

as i said. ultrasn0w can not unlock iphone 4S no matter which firmware you have... so its pointless to downgrade your iOS ... forget it.
try GEVEY SIM to use any SIM card on your locked 4S.. there is no other solution for your phone.
