Hello I have a 13 inch mid 2010 macbook pro and was wondering which ssd I should get

OWC Mercury Electra 6G - $247.99 240GB
Intel 520 - $249.99 240GB
Crucial M4 - $208.99 256GB
Samsung 830 - $219.99 256GB
OCZ Vertex 4 - $209.99 256GB

I am looking for the best speed and reliability :) :apple:
