I made a USB bootable drive using the Lion DiskMaker App and my app store dmg of OS X Lion. Everything seems to work fine, with about 2 minutes left on the status bar it says "Cannot download additional components". I also had made a OS X Lion dvd using the same app, and I got the same error message (although it took quite a bit longer). Does anyone have any ideas? I need to do a clean install without using the internet recovery cntl +r method because I am trying to clean install to sell this MacBook.

EDIT: Looks like installing a Snow Leopard and updating it to the most current version, and then installing Lion from USB is what did the trick.
