Rainbow artifacts, eh?
Does this occur in all browsers or just one?
Does this happen with all Flash movies, or just videos?
Does it not happen with HTML5 videos?
Does it happen all the time?
Check your Flash version, is it up to date? Update it if not.

Happens to Flash videos and happens all the time, also happens in all browsers. I'll try the beta version.
