Apple Genius app used by Apple store?

Hi, what is the name of the app supposedly used by the Apple store employees to fix computers? It retails for around $100, I think. I can't seem to find it, any help would be appreciated!

I'm not sure which they've used, but you're likely thinking of DiskWarrior, DriveGenius, or TechTool Pro (this one's most likely). Apple used to ship a lite version of TechTool in their AppleCare boxes.
