mail & exchange with folders

hi

i'm current using outlook with an exchange server, everything is good & the folders i set up in outlook show on my iphone & all syncs up.

when i try it in the mac mail app, it doesn't show the folders though, which means a bit strange as the iphone mail shows them.

the folders drop down from the inbox if thats any help...

any ideas?
